R32 Supply from China: Single-Component Specification and Lot Documents
This is the supply page for R32 (difluoromethane, CAS 75-10-5, UN 3252, class 2.1), the single-component HFC used in residential air-conditioning and as the lower-GWP component of blends such as R410A. Quantity, packing, loading port and lead time are not published here; each of them is confirmed in the quotation.
We are a trading company: the product is produced by a licensed Chinese producer and supplied under our own documentation. Group member Quzhou Huafu handles warehousing and cylinder filling for the cylinder grades in our range (R22, R134a, R410A); R32 volumes follow the packing form stated in the quotation.
Quantity and packing
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum order | TBD — confirmed at quotation |
| One 20GP or container load | TBD — confirmed at quotation |
| Loading ports | TBD — confirmed at quotation |
| Lead time | TBD — confirmed at quotation |
The four fields above are the ones that change between enquiries, because they depend on the packing form, the destination and the shipping window as much as on the grade. Give the quantity, destination port and required packing in the enquiry, and the quotation will state each of them rather than leave you to infer it.
Specification basis
Because R32 is a single substance, one purity figure applies to it — unlike a blend, where the composition has to be reported component by component. Our lots are certified against our own specification: purity, moisture, acidity, non-condensable gas and residue are reported per lot, each with the method behind the result, and no value is carried over from a previous lot. Where a buyer specifies a standard, the quotation is made against that standard and the COA names it as the basis of analysis, so the results can be read against the document your own quality file refers to.
R32 also carries two classifications that travel with the goods rather than with this page: it is classified A2L for refrigerant safety, and it moves as a flammable gas under UN 3252, class 2.1. Both appear on the SDS and on the transport document, which is where a carrier, a forwarder or a customs broker needs to read them.
Documents per shipment
- Certificate of analysis, one per lot, naming the specification it is measured against
- Safety data sheet, current version for the grade supplied
- Transport document naming UN 3252 and class 2.1
- Packing list showing net weight per package
- Dangerous goods packaging certificate for the packaging used
