This page is the commercial side of R134a — quantity, packing, port, timing, paperwork. The technical side (system compatibility, lubricant interaction, sealing materials) is on the guide linked below.
Quantity and packing
| Item | Figure | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum order | 600 cylinders | Part container, consolidated with other grades if needed |
| One 20GP | 1,150 cylinders | Unpalletised; palletised loading carries fewer |
| Loading ports | Ningbo or Qingdao | Shanghai as a last option, not the default |
| Lead time | 35 days typical | From order + specification confirmed, not from enquiry |
Specification basis
Purity, water, acidity, residue on evaporation, non-condensable gases and appearance are issued per lot on the certificate of analysis. The specification they are read against is ours; where a buyer names a standard, the COA states that standard as the basis rather than restating someone else’s limits as our own.
Documents per shipment
- Certificate of analysis — per lot
- Safety data sheet
- Transport document — UN 3159, class 2.2, net weight per line
- Packing list — cylinder count per line
- Dangerous goods packaging certificate for the cylinders used
Technical guide
- R134a system compatibility: pressure–temperature data, lubricant and sealing materials
- Refrigerant properties compared: R22, R32, R410A, R407C

Where these figures are maintained
The commercial figures on this page — MOQ, container loading, ports, lead time — are maintained here, on the product page, because this is the page buyers land on. The technical detail (specification tolerances, compatibility, charge calculation) lives in the R134a supply guide. If the two ever disagree, this page is the one that gets corrected first; the guide points here for anything commercial.
